A San Diego woman in her 60s was arrested recently by Carlsbad police, accused of targeting the Under Armour store in the outlet mall in that North County City.

Detectives began looking into the case back in May, probing a series of retail thefts at the retail chain's business at Carlsbad Premium Outlets. Investigators reviewed surveillance video and identified Yvonne Tran, 65, as their suspect in multiple thefts.

"Further investigation revealed Tran’s involvement in more than 40 separate thefts from the same Under Armour location, resulting in significant financial losses for the retailer," Carlsbad PD said in a news release sent out on Tuesday.
