Rutland voters overwhelmingly approved the TIF bond Tuesday.

The vote on the $3.9 million bond, which will upgrade downtown infrastructure and make the downtown hotel project possible, was 1,190 to 213, according to an unofficial vote total released by the city clerk's office.
