SEATTLE — From the control room to the stands, the Seattle Mariners are finding ways to bring the excitement of playoff baseball home — even with the team 2,300 miles away in Detroit.

Inside T-Mobile Park, the Mariners’ video board team, led by Joshua St-Germain, is orchestrating a live in-stadium show that mirrors the energy of a home game. St-Germaine, manager of video board and digital displays, said the goal is to create an unforgettable experience for fans.

“We’re kind of doing a broadcast in the park — showing things on the video board, doing cool things in the crowd, interactive games like the Salmon Run,” Saint Germaine said. “The main goal is making sure the fans are having a great experience and having fun. They’re the X-factor — they make this ballpark run.”
