DETROIT — The Seattle Mariners went up 5-1 on the Detroit Tigers in the sixth inning of Game 3 of the American League Division Series (ALDS) on Tuesday.
The game at Comerica Field was delayed until 4 p.m. PT due to inclement weather in the area.
In the third inning, Victor Robles scored on JP Crawford's single to left field after a throwing error by Detroit. Then Crawford scored on a Randy Arozarena single to center field.
Eugenio Suarez put Seattle up 3-0 in the fourth inning with a solo homer to center field. Another run cam after a Cal Raleigh single drove in Dominic Canzone.
