CHARLOTTE, N.C. —

The University of Louisville women's basketball team tips off the 2025-26 season in less than a month.

The Cardinals are down in Charlotte, North Carolina, this week for the ACC Tipoff.

Louisville opens the season on Nov. 4 against reigning national champions UConn in Ramstein, Germany.

Head coach Jeff Walz is entering his 19th season at the helm, and he's has some returning players expected to make a jump this season. That includes Tajianna Roberts, who was the leading scorer for the Cards last season.

The Cardinals have put together 15 straight seasons with at least 20 wins, the fourth longest streak in the country.
