Early voting has begun in New Mexico. Dozens of New Mexicans gathered at the Bernalillo County Clerk's Annex to cast their ballots for the 2025 election on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025. Bernalillo County Clerk Michelle Kavanaugh states a high voter turnout is expected for this year's election because the highly anticipated Albuquerque mayoral race. There are currently six candidates for the mayoral race.
