IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — A man facing charges for a crash that killed three people on a golf cart in 2022 is back in jail after his bond was increased.

Austin Ray Harmon's bond increased to $750,000 after a hearing on Tuesday. Harmon, 26, posted a $310,000 bond after the deadly crash but was again arrested in 2025, leading to the bond increase.

Harmon faces charges of felony death by vehicle, serious injury by vehicle, and driving while intoxicated for a crash that left three people dead. The crash happened on Fort Dobbs Road in Iredell County on June 13, 2022.
