CONCRETE, Wash. — Mikayla Standridge vanished after making a frantic 911 call and cryptic social media post — seeming to predict her disappearance.

Mikayla, 25 at the time, was last seen April 21, 2023, running from a friend's house toward the Skagit River at 5 a.m.

And then she was gone, but not before making a frantic cellphone call to 911 — screaming for help. The family says the phone dropped to the ground and the 911 dispatcher could hear Mikayla's voice in the distance still yelling.

Mikayla's family believes she may have gotten mixed up with a dangerous crowd.

Less than a week before her disappearance, Mikayla posted an unsettling message on social media reading, "If I ever go missing or anything just know I didn't leave."
