SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Finally drying out as we had a stubborn Coastal Trough linger today and just sit. Some communities like Lanier to Ellabell received an estimated two inches of rain. High pressure will briefly move in Wednesday with a cold front approaching Wednesday night into Thursday. The front will hang out off the coast and an area of Low Pressure will develop along it/the Southeast coast this weekend.
Clouds will gradually clear overnight and Daybreak Wednesday we’ll see patchy dense fog and mostly sunny skies with morning lows from 65° to 70° inland to the coast. We’ll warm quickly and it’ll be humid. Afternoon highs will peak around 86° and feel like the low 90s.
