The Vernon Vipers, off to a 1-4-2 start in the 2025-26 B.C. Hockey League season, have acquired another player from the league's Langley Rivermen while releasing three players.
The Snakes nabbed 20-year-old forward Sebastian Bradshaw, a Dallas Stars' National Hockey League draft pick, from the Rivermen in exchange for a player development fee.
"When the opportunity arose yesterday (Monday, Oct. 6) to add Sebastian, an experienced player that had been drafted in the NHL, there was little pause," said Vernon head coach and general manager Matt Cooke, who played 16 seasons in the NHL. "He's a big-body 20 (year-old) that will help lead and guide our young forwards on how to prepare and perform night in and night out.
