From the beginning, the owners of The Foxes Boxes didn’t want it to be just a restaurant. When they opened in 2016 at 622 N. Fourth St. in Wilmington, it was with the intention of being a community center.

But they knew that food brings people together. And husband Randolph Fox had the corporate restaurant experience, while his wife and partner Rachel Bodkin-Fox came from a background of public administration and community activism.
