Amy Dowden was seemingly overwhelmed with emotion in a good way as she shared a fresh message from her early Strictly Come Dancing.

Fans have been left gutted for the professional dancer after she and her celebrity dance partner Thomas Skinner were the first couple to leave the BBC One dance contest this year.
