WYOMING, Mich. — Police are investigating after someone was shot in Wyoming and found in Grand Rapids late Tuesday night.

Grand Rapids police say the person was found with gunshot wounds just before midnight near Ionia Avenue and Fulton Street. Investigators believe they were shot in Wyoming.

The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment. Their condition is unclear.
