CAMP HILL, Ala. (WRBL) — The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible for the 2009 shooting death of postal contract driver Tony W. Harrelson.

Harrelson was shot and killed on Friday, October 2, 2009, between 5:45 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. at the Camp Hill Post Office, ZIP code 36850. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service says the investigation remains open and active, with multiple law enforcement agencies working together to solve the case.

The case is being investigated jointly by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the Tallapoosa County Sheriff’s Department, the Alabama Bureau of Investigations, and the Camp Hill Police Department.
