When it was announced that the Disney Store was coming back to Birmingham , there was great excitement amongst families, particularly within our Brummie Mummies community.

For many, it brought back memories of the old Disney Stores - back when there was one in the Pavilions (now Primark ) and in Bullring and also at Merry Hill .

One mum said: "We had two…one in the Pavilions and one in the Bullring….don’t know why they closed the Bullring one in the first place?"

Another added: "Remember those days, buying Disney cups and mooching round town?"
