BOARDMAN A 60-year-old Youngstown man died in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday morning in Boardman Township, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Raymond Dickey was traveling south on Market Street near Forest Lake Drive around 4:16 a.m. when his Toyota Corolla drove off the right side of the roadway. The car was heavily damaged after striking a utility pole and a light pole.

Because the wreckage was in front of a car dealership, passersby may not have noticed it until 6:30 a.m., thinking it was one of the dealership's cars.

Dickey, who Troopers say was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators do not suspect drugs or alcohol were contributing factors in the crash, which remains under investigation.
