On Friday, Oct. 3, the Bristol Police Department arrested Nicole Pacheco, 37, of 48 Charles St., and Thomas Brown, 38, of 680 Hope St.; and on Tuesday, Oct. 7, police arrested Erin Sullivan, 42, of 70 Washington St. on narcotics-related offenses stemming from an investigation into the sales and distribution of illegal drugs in downtown Bristol. The Bristol Police began the investigation several weeks ago based on local residents’ complaints of suspected drug activity in the area of Mosaico Park, at the intersection of Franklin and Wood streets.
