While Luke Littler may already be a teen millionaire, one of his fellow darts pros is still working part-time as a fireman.

Alan Soutar, ranked 54th in the PDC Order of Merit , likes to give fans glimpses into his life away from the oche, but has now let them in on his other career.

Posting a snap to his 11,000 Instagram followers alongside a fire engine, he wrote: “Two fantastic exhibitions over the weekend. Both crowds were amazing, thank you for the support!

“What a team I have on my side and a massive mention to my MC and Host Paul Reid, my god he was magnificent over both events. His stories are unique and side splitting funny. Now back to the real job.”
