Summer’s Best Ice Cream at 24 Briggs Street in Johnstown will serve its last twist of ice cream on Wednesday, Oct. 15.

The Fulton County cold confectioner is one of the last ice cream shops to close this season, and the weather has allowed them to keep on churning out their flavors.
