CAMBRIDGE, Ohio (AP) — A longtime bridge manufacturer plans a multimillion-dollar investment to expand its operations and create new jobs in Guernsey County, company officials announced Wednesday.

U.S. Bridge, the Cambridge-based company, will substantially increase its manufacturing capacity through construction of a large prefabrication facility. The expansion is expected to improve efficiency, lower production costs and create 41 new jobs in southeast Ohio.

The project is being developed in partnership with JobsOhio, Ohio Southeast Economic Development and the Guernsey County Community Improvement Corporation.
