After weeks of waiting on the outside, White Knoll has finally reentered the Top 10 of the South Carolina Prep Football Media polls.

A 5-game winning streak has the Timberwolves (5-1, 1-0) ranked 10th this week in Class 5A. It’s one of four Midlands teams ranked in the classification along with top-ranked Irmo, number three Dutch Fork and eighth-ranked Ridge View. White Knoll plays host to the Silver Foxes Friday. It was Oct. 6, 2023 when the Timberwolves upended Dutch Fork 17-14 to end its 32-game region win streak. This was the last loss suffered by the Silver Foxes prior to the 24-20 defeat to Oceanside Collegiate Academy on Sept. 19. Dutch Fork has won the last two meetings with White Knoll, including a 21-6 victory in the 2023 Class 5A final.
