MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WV News) — The Monongalia County Commission held its regular meeting Wednesday, approving fiduciary decisions, personnel changes, and project expenditures, while finalizing plans for a community warming shelter ahead of the winter season.

Commissioners addressed two ongoing estate cases. The Estate of Jonathan Robert Lint II was referred to a fiduciary commissioner after continued uncertainty over a creditor claim that had not yet been submitted to insurance.

The Estate of Clarence Keith Miller drew more extensive discussion. After repeated delays and missed filing deadlines from the estate’s executrix, the Commission voted to remove her and appoint the alternate executor named in the will to complete administration.
