MONROE, La. (KNOE) - A Farmerville man has been arrested on charges of third degree rape, molestation of a juvenile and aggravated crimes against nature.

The Union Parish Sheriff’s Office says their investigation revealed that 35-year-old Christopher Blake Simpson reportedly engaged in repeated sexual acts with a juvenile victim.

They say the incidents occurred at Simpson’s residence in Union Parish, and spanned several years.

Simpson was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 7. His bond has been set at $1 million.

The case remains under investigation.
