BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Frustrated investors are demanding answers from the state after being locked out of their accounts managed by the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance or LOSFA.

One investor told the WAFB I-TEAM that all of his automatic drafts from his bank account into the Louisiana 529 that he’s invested in for the past 20 years have also stopped.

On Wednesday, numerous individuals reached out to the I-TEAM, demanding answers about why no information is being provided by the state.

The I-TEAM showed up at the Galvez building, where the LOSFA offices are located. Although no one answered emails or phone calls, a sign was posted at the front desk saying, “LOSFA is experiencing technical difficulties. We are unable to answer phone calls, emails, or support customers
