AJC Cleveland celebrated the 30th annual Richard H. Adler Community Leadership Award at a Sept. 17 reception.

Over 250 people gathered to honor the legacy of Dick Adler, recognize the commitment to community of Joanie and Tom Adler, and celebrate the leadership of Darrell L. McNair, president and CEO of MVP Plastics Corp.

The Rev. Otis Moss Jr., the first recipient of the award, gave the invocation, AJC Cleveland president Jeremy Sosin spoke about AJC’s work and the times, Tom Adler talked about his father’s legacy and hopes for the community, Randall McShepard and Marsha Mockabee introduced McNair.
