POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd talked about a case he had "never seen before" during his Facebook "morning briefing" on Wednesday morning.

Judd said deputies got a call that a man, who was later identified as 51-year-old Walter Frymire, was naked inside a restroom at a public park.

When deputies arrived, they reported that Frymire was wearing all of his clothes.

"So we're nice and we sent him out of the park and trespass him and tell him 'we're not going to arrest you,'" Judd said.

After that encounter, Judd said Frymire went across the street to a railroad train track and trespassed again, so deputies arrested him.

He was charged with trespassing and possession of meth.
