NORRISTOWN — A Pottstown man already awaiting sentencing on charges related to illegal gun transfers has admitted that prosecutors could prove additional charges that he fired a gun at another motorist during a road rage incident in New Hanover Township.
Keith Michael Chaney, 28, of the unit block of North Charlotte Street, pleaded no contest in Montgomery County Court to a felony charge of aggravated assault in connection with the May 29, 2024, traffic altercation in the area of Big and Middle Creek roads in New Hanover.
