Central Arizona College has been given approval to offer a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education starting next year.
This is the first bachelor’s degree to be offered at CAC. The program is set to start in fall 2026.
“We’re excited to expand our offerings with four-year and post-baccalaureate degrees designed to strengthen our local workforce and boost economic growth,” stated Patrick Moyer, CAC’s academic dean of arts and sciences, in a press release.
CAC received approval for the 120-credit hour degree by the Higher Learning Commission, the college’s regional accreditor.
