Grammy-winning actor Andrew Rannells recently listed his Chelsea triplex for $2.39 million, but he actually said goodbye to the Big Apple some time ago.

Rannells told Gimme Shelter he now lives in Mid-City, a neighborhood in central LA, with his partner, the actor Tuc Watkins, and Tuc’s twin children.

“I started going back and forth to LA in 2013,” Rannells said. “Tuc and I started dating in 2019 and that’s when I really started spending a lot of time out here outside of work.”

But, he added, he isn’t abandoning New York for long — especially if the right project comes along.
