Suspicious man reported at apartments near GVSU

OTTAWA COUNTY, MI – Sheriff’s deputies are investigating reports of a man who appeared to be looking through apartment windows near Grand Valley State University.

Since late September, there have been several reports of a suspicious man outside of an off-campus apartment complex at Pierce Street and 48th Avenue in Allendale Township, an Ottawa County sheriff’s captain said.

The incidents have happened between midnight and 3 a.m., police said.

Sheriff’s detectives released photos of a man who could be related to the complaints.
