NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Babies are using their hands to communicate before they can actually talk.
That appears to be a trend at many daycare centers where tiny infants are being taught sign language so parents can understand their needs.
“We use sign language with our hands, body, and face instead of our voice,” a teacher explains.
