OAKLAND COUNTY, MI – A Pontiac woman is facing multiple charges in connection with the death of a Fenton motorcyclist in Oakland County.
Leeann Jean Darling, 36, was arraigned on Saturday, Oct. 4, on single counts of failure to stop at the scene of an accident when at fault resulting in death, operating a motor vehicle while license suspended, denied, or evoked causing death, and operating while license suspended, denied, or revoked causing serious injury.
The first two charges are 15-year felonies, while the third is a 5-year felony.
The incident took place shortly before 10:30 p.m. Sept. 1.
