NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Lockeland Springs is tackling package theft by testing a new device that prevents potential thefts.

This new locally made device is made to not only combat theft, but it also helps give neighbors some peace of mind.

Lockeland Springs Neighborhood Association Board member Richie Cronin has lived in the neighborhood for three years and immediately fell in love with it.

Cronin said Lockeland Springs has a very strong community feel, and his family fits in like a glove.

“That is Lockeland Springs and East Nashville across the board,” Cronin said. “We look after each other; we look out for each other, and it’s a wonderful place to live.”
