DANVILLE — Less than a month ago, Danville had some early-season struggles that led to five losses in its first seven games.

However, the Ironmen have gotten past their early struggles, and are peaking at the right time. That trend continued Wednesday night as Danville defeated Shikellamy 3-1 in a Heartland Athletic Conference-Division I game at Ironmen Stadium.
