BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - We’ll have nicer, drier, and somewhat cooler weather this upcoming forecast now that we’re behind the cold front.

Thursday is looking good behind the cold front with mostly sunny and nice weather. It will still be warm with highs in the upper 80s, and it could be a bit breezy from time to time.

Tonight will be a bit cooler with mostly clear skies and overnight lows down to the mid 60s. We should feel noticeably cooler the next several nights with much lower humidity.

In the Atlantic, we have Tropical Storm Jerry, which could become a minimal hurricane, but it looks to be a fish storm. The Gulf low is moving inland to Mexico, and the other wave has a low chance of development.
