In celebration of Halloween and Oktoberfest, Freshfields Village’s most popular pet-friendly event returns with an afternoon of canine-themed fun. The venue will be abuzz with furry friends in costume, highlighted with a pet costume contest, local vendors with unique dog gear and accessories, adoptable pups from community rescues and more.
