LEAVENWORTH, Kan. (KCTV) - A Leavenworth man who wore a Halloween mask during a double shooting has been convicted.
On Wednesday, 32-year-old Emanuel J. Dickerson, of Leavenworth, was convicted by a jury of five charges relating to an Oct. 26, 2024, shooting in a parking lot near Limit Street and Martin Luther King Drive.
