Driver walks away from a wreck that put a car on its side

A two-vehicle crash, including one that rolled onto its side, briefly closed Smith-Enke Road near Porter Road early this morning.

Emergency crews were dispatched just before 7 a.m. The car was rolled back to its tires and cleared from the scene by 8:45 a.m., said city officials. Only minor injuries were reported.

How the car landed on its side and the exact cause of the crash remains under investigation.
