The onshore breeze is back and it has brought some fall-like air with it.

Valley temperatures dropped by 10 to 20 degrees over the past 24 hours. A stretch of cooler than normal weather is in the forecast for at least the next week.

Thursday will be partly to mostly sunny with Valley temperatures in the mid 50s in the morning and mid 70s in the afternoon. The Foothills will start in the low 50s and sunrise. Afternoon highs will stay in the upper 60s to low 70s. In the Sierra, expect morning temperatures just below freezing and afternoon highs in the mid 60s.
