WARREN — A 35-year-old man pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges after police say they found him asleep in a vehicle under the influence of drugs while he was supposed to be caring for four children, according to a Warren police report.
Michael Hover, of Somerset Street SE, pleaded not guilty when he appeared before Warren Municipal Court Judge Natasha K. Natale on three misdemeanor counts of endangering children and one misdemeanor count of drug paraphernalia possession.
A no-contact order was issued against Hover. He cannot have contact with minor children unless approved by children’s services. He will appear before Judge Patty Knepp on Oct. 21.
