AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – A man was indicted in Randall County for 8 counts of alleged aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

According to court documents, Jacob Waitt Rue was indicted for 8 counts of "Aggravated Assault with A Deadly Weapon" due to alleged incidents that occurred on July 4. Documents state that Rue used the alleged weapon, a firearm, to threaten 8 separate people on July 4.
