AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Amarillo College announced it is set to host two evenings of live music, as student ensembles take the stage for the school’s free fall concert series, "Yes, We Do That Here!"

AC said the concerts are open to the public and will feature performances by the college’s mariachi, concert band, and concert choir ensembles.

On Monday, the series begins, with Mariachi AC performing at 6:55 p.m. in the Concert Hall Theater Lobby, directed by Camille Day Nies, chair of the AC Music and Theatre Department, and Homero Campos, AC music faculty. Following that, the AC Concert Band will perform at 7:30 p.m. in the Concert Hall Theater under the direction of Bruce Collins.
