BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Houchin Community Blood Bank announced two promotions starting next week to encourage Kern County residents to donate blood this fall.

The promos will run from Oct. 13 to Oct. 18 at all donation centers and mobile drives, according to Houchin.

All donors who make successful donations during this time will receive two general admission tickets good for any Bakersfield College Renegades home football game in the 2025-2026 season, organizers said.

Tickets will be available after donation and are available only while supplies last.

Donors can also enter to win ScareValley tickets. A total of 25 pairs of tickets will be distributed, according to Houchin.
