BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A lawsuit filed out of Los Angeles County, by two former CSUB Roadrunner softball players, claims a softball coach verbally and physically harassed players.
The players are suing the California State University Board of Directors, CSUB and a former coach. The 22-page complaint was filed earlier this week alleging CSUB did not elevate complaints of harassment or assault, failed to properly investigate them, and failed to take action.
Allegations of sexual harassment and verbal abuse litter the complaint, the two former players are identified by only their initials V.S and J.R.
Only one assistant coach, James Davenport, is being sued.
