The exact date snow hits the UK before the end of October have been revealed. England and Scotland could be in for its first taste of winter and autumn later this month, with advanced weather charts showing blotches of white materialising.
WX Charts, which uses Met desk data, suggests snow could see the white stuff falling across swathes of Scotland and England between Monday, October 20, and Wednesday, October 22.
North of the border, Scotland faces temperatures in and around freezing. Flurries could develop from early Monday morning through midday over the northern and western Highlands.

The maps show lowland areas like Edinburgh are likely to see only cold rain. The charts show small patches of whi
