TRI-CITIES, Wash. – The 25th anniversary of the Women Helping Women Fun TriCities Luncheon took place at the Hapo Center.
The event showcased the dedication of women in the Tri-Cities to making a positive difference, leaving attendees inspired and motivated.
NonStop Local Anchor Ava Wainhouse emceed the event.
"One hundred percent of funds contributed at today's luncheon will help fund 13 programs across the Tri-Cities to help women and young children," Ava said.
Seven young women from Columbia Basin College (CBC) and Washington State University Tri-Cities received the SDCU Educational Scholarship, highlighting the event's focus on educational support.
Keynote speaker Tanya Brown, sister of Nicole Brown Simpson, shared her journey as a domestic violence advocate.
