A woman has spoken of her desperate efforts to save a teenager's life after he was stabbed and thrown from a car onto the street.

The 19-year-old victim has been identified locally as Harry Abbot, who was reportedly "stabbed before being dumped" onto a driveway in St Wilfrid's Crescent in Leeds just after midday on Wednesday, October 8. He was pronounced dead shortly after.

Although police have not formally identified him, his next of kin has been informed, reports Leeds Live .

West Yorkshire Police have launched a murder investigation, believing that the teenager was injured during a fight in Seacroft. Officers are investigating two separate scenes connected to his death, in Parkside View in Seacroft, and Amberton Crescent in Gipton.
