A West Lothian man, 35, has sadly lost his life after a fatal crash on a busy stretch of road in Livingston.

Two other men, aged 17 and 24, are understood to have been injured and rushed to the Edinburgh's Royal Infirmary for treatment.

The incident happened around 8.30pm on Thursday October 9 2025, at the junction of Knightsridge East Road and Lindsay Way, and involved one vehicle, a grey Audi A6.

Police Scotland closed the road at Davidsons Way, Lamont Way and Erskine Way with motorists urged to avoid the area and buses diverted.

Officers stated the road reopened at around 4.50am on Friday October 10.

Road Policing officers are appealing for information following the fatal crash.
