MUSCATINE, Iowa (KWQC) - Police have identified four people involved in a Thursday morning crash in Muscatine County.

Iowa State Police said four people were injured in the head-on the crash:

53-year-old Kristie Thompson, Lone Tree, Iowa

26-year-old Damelonin Lamboni, Conesville, Iowa

22-year-old Delphine Pabali, Cedar Rapids, Iowa

25-year-old Koboyo Lakougnon, Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Troopers said a Ford Explorer was driving south when it crossed the center line and hit a Chevy Cruz at about 5:53 a.m. near 277th Street and Highway 70.

The Chevy left the roadway, rolled, then stopped in a ditch where it became engulfed in flames. Troopers said three of the four people inside were able to get out with the help of first responders.
