POLK COUNTY, Fla. — A Polk County Fire Rescue ambulance responding to a call was involved in a multi-vehicle crash on Oct. 7 in Winter Haven, leaving one person dead.
Photos released by the department show the ambulance collided with a red Chevrolet. Additional crews found one driver dead at the scene, while the driver of a third vehicle was uninjured, WTSP reported.
